Types: Right Angled
There are two types of Right Angle Ducts.C & S Duct & TDF Flanged Duct.
C & S locking mechanisim emerges as the epitome of ingenuity, gracing spaces where height constraints demand the presence of ducting. In this realm, the conventional TDF joints are forsaken, giving way to a seamless locking mechanism that unifies duct-to-duct connections with unparalleled elegance. We align the c lock faces from duct to duct and slide an S cleat over and around the entire perimeter to seal the joint. The entire duct line can be assembled in a similar manner which can be then directly mounted on the channels hung from the roof with the help of threaded rods
TDF (Transverse Duct Flange) flanged duct is a specific type of duct that utilizes a flange system for easy and secure assembly. The TDF flange is a specially designed connection method where the flanges are formed on the edges of the duct panels. This system allows for quick installation without the need for additional hardware or fasteners.
We add a gasket (provided with the duct) on one face of the duct flange and align two pieces together. This ensures that no air can leak through the joints. The ducts, once aligned can be pressed togetther by the help of bolts provided in all the four corners. We then clamp all four side with the Cleats provided with the ducts along the length for further press to the gasket and the duct is then ready to hang. This same process can also be done while hanging the pieces one by one but one has to make sure the gasket is applied properly before hanging the pieces.
These ducts ensure easy mobility where customers can dismantle the ducting with a minimal time involvement with just the help of a spanner in case of cleaning/ Shifting/ replacement of wornout pieces thereby saving both time and money.
